Job Description:

Donaldson Company is currently hiring Assembly Operators.
Pay starts at $17.59 per hour
Donaldson has a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401K matching and more.
Assembles parts following verbal instructions and written procedures, routings, blueprints
Setsup and operates line equipment
Completes paperwork such as scrap sheets, upissues, logs, data gathering, first/last piece inspection report
Maintains cleanliness and safety in work area
Measures element and filter dimensions
Participates in continuous improvement efforts
Trains other employees
Use hand and power tools in assembly process
Mix chemicals as needed
Handle Chemicals and other Hazardous materials
Use computer for production related functions
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience reading prints and assembling products preferred.
