Front End Supervisor - Addison, United States - Lake St Cafe

Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the front end of the restaurant
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Manage and train a team of front end associates
• Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments for replenishment
• Collaborate with store management to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service
• Leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and employees
• Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
