YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


As the Branch Manager (m/f/d) of our Asbury location, you will be the main point of contact for both our candidates and client companies.

You will advise and support them with our personnel services, with the goal of ensuring satisfaction for all parties involved.


  • You will recruit candidates through various channels and guide them on their journey to a new position, and potentially beyond.
  • You will manage and support your employees on project assignments and be responsible for scheduling.
  • You will provide reliable support to existing clients and impress them with tailored candidate proposals and service offerings.
  • You will acquire new clients and convince them of our customized personnel solutions.
  • You will be responsible for setting and achieving goals and budgets for your branch, and develop strategies to reach them in coordination with your regional manager.
  • You will lead and motivate your internal team.

WHAT YOU BRING:


Your education or degree - whether in business, technology, or other fields - is a good foundation, but not essential for joining Timeson.


  • You have several years of experience in personnel services, personnel planning, or recruitment, and ideally have good knowledge of the market.
