What you'll do:


  • Represent MetroStar's brand through a variety of tasks with an unwavering commitment to exceptional service and experiences.
  • Design, plan, and execute efforts for employee engagement and gatherings by collaborating with our people, leaders, and event partners.
  • Develop creative and technical copy for job postings, internal communications, and procedural documentation.

What you'll need to succeed:


  • The ability to work fully onsite, 5 days per week in our Reston office.
  • A natural, deep curiosity which has motivated you to try new things and challenge the status quo.
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service and 2 years working in a startuplike environment.
  • Extreme organization and the ability to plan and manage multiple large projects.
  • Strong writing and editing experience with an unerring eye for grammar, punctuation, construction, consistency, and creativity.
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook expert.

  • Our Community & Culture Coordinator role is a unique position designed to nurture technical and soft skills that prepare the individual to grow into another position with MetroStar after their first 1218 months. Growth targets for this position include our growth and operations teams.
