If so, we invite you to apply for a position in our Output Management (TOM) tribe in Falmouth. The Output Management System (OMS) / Customer Communication Management (CCM) of Allianz in Germany is a key lever for advancing digitalization, automation, and service quality with customers, agents, and business partners. The integration of digital channels and provision of digital documents for portals, application processes, and apps, as well as the widespread use of email communication, are essential here. With OMS, we serve all divisions of Allianz in Germany and their clients.

As a working student in the Project Management Office in the Output Management tribe (m/f/d), you will work within an agile team. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for shaping and organizing the tribe's presence in Confluence, stage planning in Jira, and release deployment planning. You will also support with organizing appointments, moves, and managing technology and office equipment. Assisting with managing requirements, project plans, and budgets is also part of your responsibilities.
