- Provide updates to customers on the status of their services.
- Follow proper procedures for customer check out and conduct follow-up calls for customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales, customer service, or automotive fields.
