Responsibilities:

The HR Generalist/Executive Assistant (HREA) provides full-time basic office and HR functions to high-level military officers.

As the HREA, your responsibilities would include:

  • Providing performance management, policy implementation, time and labor, recruitment and employment, talent management, and billet management
  • Reviewing and processing awards, coordinating meetings, and performing daytoday operational matters
  • Serving as a liaison between Human Capital and other divisions to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
  • Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs and ensuring HR programs and services are following established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations
  • Creating reports on issues discussed during meetings, conferences, or other forums conducted by the Government with other parties
  • Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
  • Performing HRrelated duties on a professional level and work closely with senior HR management and Operations Management in supporting various demographic locations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

TS/SCI clearance (current within the last three (3) years)

  • Bachelor's degree or five (5) years' experience Human Resources
  • Experience working with Human Resources software or systems (i.e., PeopleSoft)
  • Military experience is highly desired
  • This position requires prolonged periods of sitting, keyboarding, and use of computers; this position may also require the occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
