- Transitioning into an expansion territory previously managed by the Sales Manager
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain existing accounts and drive new business growth year over year
- Engaging with Hospitals, Surgical Suites, and Surgery Centers
- Selling cutting-edge surgical medical devices to hospital decision-makers, surgical directors, nurses, and surgeons
- Developing strong relationships with surgical staff and procurement departments
- No on-call responsibilities
- Minimum of 1 year experience in surgical device sales, Sales Representative role, or Surgical Case Coverage
- Demonstrated ability in door-to-door sales, cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving remarkable sales results
- Ambitious, self-motivated individual capable of expanding a sales territory
- Willingness to travel as needed
