UWL is looking for a DOMESTIC TRANSPORTATION SPECIALIST to join our team in Rocky River
The Domestic Transportation Coordinator's primary role is brokerage dispatch and daily maintenance/management of all transportation shipments (drayage, OTR & Intermodal).

**Major Tasks & Responsibilities include:**
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
Communicate proactively with customers, vendors and team members regarding shipment status, delays, etc.
Discuss and upsell customers on additional services not currently being utilized
Ensure all customer questions and concerns are handled timely and accurately
Work with carriers and vendors to organize and coordinate transportation needs
Coordinate delivery dates and times with receiver and shipper
Input data into various tracking systems
Accurately invoice all shipments once complete
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
3 to 5 years working in Domestic or International Transportation industry
Prior dispatch or brokerage experience of Domestic Transportation
Experience working with an LMS similar to Cargowise strongly preferred
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Transportation Management Systems and/or Transportation Brokerage Systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work well under pressure with constants and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Professional attitude & demeanor
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task
