This position serves as the voice of the customer and Chief Information Officer for a contract supporting a Federal Research and Health Agency.

This position interfaces with technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide engaging and informative information related to enterprise technology services, projects, initiatives, and impacts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand user requirements and how they translate in enterprise IT services

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
University degree (BA/BS) in a closely related field (Communication, Marketing, and/or Information Technology)
3+ years demonstrated experience as a communications specialist, marketing specialist, IT professional, or closely related field

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated experience communicating with a broad stakeholder group including executives, IT professionals, and general users
Demonstrated experience as a Technical writer
Familiarity and experience with multimodal communication tools including (but not limited to): Canva, Miro, Mural, GovDelivery
Previous experience supporting federal health and research agencies like HHS and/or NIH
