Occasionally we'll travel up to Door County, or maybe 2ish hours away, but we like keeping our people as close to home as we can.
• Actually enjoy a challenge instead of complaining about something going against the plan. You like solving real problems, because that's what makes the day's work feel worthwhile at the end.
• Actively participate in making a company's culture better by offering your thoughts in constructive ways.
• Have experience, at least 1 full year of prior window installation experience, possibly even some crew lead experience (preferred, not required).
• Have a valid driver license, a good driving record, and experience pulling large trailers.

That's who we're looking for to become either an Installer or a Lead Installer, pending your experience. We start between $22-30 per hour, based on your work history. We're a small company, but we're growing.

You have to be able to be insured by our insurance company, which means a valid driver license and a decent driving record.

It's a physical job, there is a physical abilities assessment you'll have to pass as well. And of course, you'll need to fit into the culture we're carefully crafting here. One of responsibility, accountability, fun, professionalism and good balance with your regular life.
