Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage electrical construction projects ranging from $250k to $1M.
Supervise and direct a crew of 2-5 electricians.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the electrical construction industry.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and clients.
