- Develops and maintains positive relationships with all vendors
- Coordinates, oversees, and manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors, performing building maintenance, and janitorial work within our spaces
- Responsible for facilities inspections and reports
- Obtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects
- Trains vendors on work order billing and security procedures
- Maintains a positive relationship with the landlord and their agents
- Proactively address concerns and needs of all Paycom employees
- Responsible for inventory restocking within our suites
- Perform other duties assigned
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience with property management
- 3+ years of experience with property management
- Understanding of service level agreements
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
