LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs.We have a great opportunity for a Roofing Sales Recruiting Manager in the Columbus area.
The sales recruiting lead will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company's Field Sales Rep Training Program.
The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing. This candidate should have previous relevant experience and be interested in learning new sales techniques.Responsibilities :
Oversee recruitment of Field Roofing Sales Representatives.
Create recruiting content, Social media management.
Launch and recruit for our Ambassador Program.
Supervise team of Sales Recruiters.
Requirements:
5+ years recruiting Sales professionals
3+ years managing teams
Experience in roofing or related industry highly desired
Compensation & Benefits:
70k-80k
