    And more As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews.

    This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects

    Schedule all subcontractors and material supplies

    Schedule coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors

    Ensure clear two-way communication with Construction team

    Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process

    Conduct pre-construction meeting with customers

    Perform final walk-through with customer and obtain COS and COC from customer

    Manage reconstruction expenses including equipment, labor, and materials


    Additional Responsibilities:
    Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews

    Provide priority response to potential customers

    Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

    Position Requirements

    Valid driver's license

    High school diploma/GED

    Comfortable with computers

    Some industry experience

    Familiar with Xactimate Required

    Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

    Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance

    Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)

    Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects

    Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

    Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
