The Metropolitan Council's Regional Administration Division is accepting applications for a Business Analyst 1 or 2 within the Human Resources department.
Human Resources works with all divisions of the Metropolitan Council to provide proactive solutions for the Council's workforce needs in the areas of recruitment, labor relations, benefits, training, organizational development, occupational health, and wellness.
How your work would contribute to our organization and the Twin Cities region:
The Business Analyst will assist with maintaining critical Human Resource systems (HRMS, LMS, applicant tracking, onboarding, and performance management) and will be responsible for backing up other Business Analysts. This position will assist with day-to-day activities and transactions, as well as participate in a variety of Human Resources data and technical projects that include identifying data anomalies, system configurations/customizations, and implementation of new functionality. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager, Talent Management. The Business Analyst is responsible for assisting with the following:
This position is eligible for a hybrid (both remote and onsite) telework arrangement. This position requires to be onsite a minimum of 2 days per month (subject to change). The candidate's permanent residence must be in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
