Description
This position requires strong business management, supervisory skills, and technical knowledge of construction.

A good personality and the ability to work well with others with a team-based project management approach and effectively manage conflict are essential.

The Duties:


  • Bring an investmentenhancing perspective to the design and construction process.
  • Strengthen client and industry relationships.
  • Must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with multiple departments and internal shared services throughout the project life cycle
  • Interface with project team members and stakeholders such as architects, engineers, inspectors, clients, owners' reps, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project deliverables.
  • Support project team members

Provide continued oversight from design and preconstruction through project completion:

  • ensuring budget,
- schedule and established standards are maintained
- construction skills
- budgeting
- estimating
- logĂ­stical studies
- overall understanding of construction means and methods
- inspection skills
- sequencing
- structure of scheduling
- analyze and recommend value-engineering alternatives
- coordinate project requirements with clients, architects, engineers, owner's reps, and contractors
- blueprints and construction document reading skills
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- a proven track record of reliability and responsibility
- attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay:
$115, $125,000.00 per year
