- Coordinate with various contractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of all systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, security, communications, and passenger information systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing procedures to verify the functionality and performance of each system and subsystem within the station. This includes conducting functional tests, performance tests, and safety tests.
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the testing and commissioning phase, working closely with design engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely resolution and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain detailed records of all testing activities, results, and equipment certifications. Generate commissioning reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.
- Provide training to station staff and operators on the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment. Facilitate a smooth handover process from construction to operations, ensuring that all systems are fully operational and ready for use.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in commissioning complex infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations including utility and related to rail station design, construction, and operation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
