Description

Partners Personnel is seeking an experienced sales representative responsible for assisting the customer in guiding them through the purchase of bundled Cox wireless, video, voice and data services.

The sales associate must be to meet and great potential customers as well as asking critical questions that may lead to sales.

This position does include a Bonus

*Location: Metairie, LA

*Pay: $16.00 per hour

*Schedule: Monday – Friday, Must work Saturday's

*Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm

*Job Description

Responsibilities:
Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Cox product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless).
Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.
Ensures individual sales targets are met
Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives
Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers
Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues
Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills
Contributes to sales area up-keep and cleanliness
Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities and continuously expands on industry knowledge.
May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to 'home store' to meet the needs of the business
MUST be able to speak ENGLISH and SPANISH
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
1 or more year of experience preferred in related field (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

From $16.00 per hour

Shift:

8 hour shift
Day shift

Weekly day range:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

Metairie, LA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
