Compensation:
$16.00 per hour plus commission

Dalton Motors is conveniently located near San Diego, with a rich history dating back to 1945. It's a family-owned business with over 35 dealerships representing top manufacturers such as Subaru and others.

We provide comprehensive training for our staff, including manufacturer training, online product training, and in-house job-specific training. Our dealership's success is attributed to our efficient processes and skilled staff, many of whom have been with us for over two decades.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate relationships and create long-term customers by guiding them in selecting a vehicle through attentive listening.
Become a product expert, knowledgeable about offerings, packages, and the latest technologies.
Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with customers to drive referral business.
Develop skills to handle objections and excel in sales scenarios.
Report directly to the Sales Manager on goals, planned activities, reviews, and assessments.

Requirements:

Flexible availability, including weekends.
Quick to learn about new products and features.
Exceptional communication skills with customers.
Professional and well-presented appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
