Description

We are looking for a full-time Service Manager (M/F/D)

The "Hamburgerei" is a high-end burger restaurant located in the heart of Munich, Augsburg, Ingolstadt, and Kempten. In our branches, we prepare all of our burger creations and other dishes fresh. Our focus is on high quality and regional ingredients.

Your responsibilities

Provide professional guidance to the service staff, operational planning
Leadership, motivation, and regular training of service employees
Scheduling and shift planning for service staff
Exemplify and internalize the "Hamburgerei philosophy"
Implement high standards for service, quality, and hygiene
Maintain strict hygiene in the dining area, cellar, and storage rooms
Cash register closing (daily sales) and bank deposits

Your profile
