Pay to commensurate with experience ($20-25)

Essential Job Functions:
*Answer tenants maintenance phone calls & create applicable work orders.
*Taking messages and delivering them to the proper department.
*Coordinating/scheduling with tenants & maintenance employees viable times to fulfill work orders.
*Assist various management departments with any help that may be needed.
*Work directly with clients to answer any questions, etc.
*Input of maintenance technicians work hours.
*Handle filing and data entry as required.
*Work closely with office staff to keep the office running smoothly.
*Accept deliveries and mail and manage outgoing mail and packages for pick up.
*Serve as a voice of the company, offering friendly, patient and efficient service.
*Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running smoothly.
*Keeping an organized and tidy desk at all times.
*Work directly with the office manager to take care of tasks that need attention.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills:
To perform the role successfully, an individual must be able to perform all essential functions satisfactorily. The requirements define the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform the essential functions.


MUST have ability to read, write & speak English and Spanish fluently
Computer literacy required
*Knowledge of Yardi and RentCafe Services is a must.
*Minimum 2 years experience in Real Estate & Customer Service fields.
*Strong multitasking ability.
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Work

Schedule:
9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
