As a Lobby Ambassador at The Miami Beach EDITION, your main responsibility is to respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests, making sure they have all the information they need and arranging any special services they may require. You will act as a key point of contact to ensure their satisfaction and provide information about the property and local amenities.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, following company policies, and delivering exceptional service to all guests.
