  languages** and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in the client's native language.

Responsibilities:

• Set appointments for Inside Sales Agents by workin with buyer and seller leads
• Conduct property condition intakes to gather necessary information for appointments
• Make outbound calls per day to generate appointments
• Provide translation services for French and Spanishspeaking clients during appointments and closing processes
• Ensure accurate communication between clients and team members by interpreting conversations and documents as needed
• Maintain detailed records of appointments, leads, and translation services provided

Requirements:

• Fluently bilingual in both French and Spanish, with the ability communicate complex ideas in the client's native language
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, French and Spanish
• Resilient and comfortable with rejection, able to maintain a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Must have access to a personal computer and cell phone
• Previous experience in appointment setting, translation services, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Ability to work both onsite and remotely, with some onsite presence required weekly
• Located in or willing to commute to Salisbury, Maryland must live within 40 minutes of the Salisbury, Maryland area

Compensation:
In addition to being compensated for setting successful appointments that result in closings, translators will be paid for translation services provided during each closed deal where translation is needed


Pay:
$40, $80,000.00 per year
