Description

The Behavior Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction strategies based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism in a school and center-based setting.

The Behavior Technician will collect data on programs, and assist the Behavior Analyst with clinical data and assessments as needed.

Required: High School Diploma.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior, Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field is preferred.
Must be able to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within 90 days of employment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicity, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
