Your mission

Proper operation of various aggregates on the filling lines
You ensure a smooth production process by thinking ahead and avoiding disruptions
You perform all quality-related checks, such as chemical-technical analyses (Brix, CO2), filling quantity control, and verification of correct batch labeling and expiration dates; in case of disruptions or deviations from specifications, you report them to the shift leader
You carefully document your work by creating cleaning and production protocols
You ensure high product quality of the filled products by adhering to HACCP principles and monitoring CCPs
In addition, you comply with all quality, food safety, and work-related regulations
To ensure the cleanliness of the entire production, you perform external and environmental cleanings in the production area
