What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for project coordination and organization, both internally and externally
  • You will moderate working group meetings and regular meetings, create project schedules, and make necessary adjustments using MS Project
  • You will generate reports from MS Project, create project organizational charts, and maintain document exchange platforms
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the exchange of documents with the client, using various platforms

What should you bring?

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in a technical, mathematical, or business field
  • You have previous experience in project management, ideally in the field of plant construction or energy technology
  • You are proficient in using MS Project, and may even have some experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • You have a solution-oriented and structured approach to work, a confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills
  • You have a customer and service-oriented mindset
