- Assist in developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels, including industry memberships, tradeshows/events, social media, and web content.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, datasheets, white papers, presentations, webcasts, and websites/landing pages.
- Participate in the management and administration of company headquarters, including assisting with internal events, office management tasks, and other duties.
- Assist with the coordination, execution, and promotion of trade shows and events.
- Contribute to internal and external communications initiatives, including the development and editing of the quarterly internal newsletter, blog posts, and award submissions.
- Help develop and manage the company newsletter and intranet content.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining an organized system for the marketing team.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and resourceful, with a passion for marketing and content creation.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems a plus.
