Wall Lake is looking for talented individuals to join our team as salespeople or retail merchants in training for the year 2024.

If you have a natural knack for sales, enjoy interacting with people, and want to be part of a strong team, then our two-year training program for salespeople or three-year training program for retail merchants is the perfect fit for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT * We will train you to become a sales professional and you will take on a variety of tasks independently * You will learn all processes within the store, including customer consultation, receiving and stocking merchandise, and product presentation * You will assist the team with the annual inventory * You will handle cashier and sales duties and impress customers with your helpfulness * You will attend the local vocational school to learn relevant training content

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR * You have an open and friendly personality * You enjoy interacting with people and have a customer-oriented mindset * You are motivated and show dedication in your work * You have a successful high school diploma


WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO * High chances of being hired after completing the training program * Starting salary of 1,000.00 in the first year, 1,100.00 in the second year, and 1,200.
