Responsibilities:
The Department 2090 in the Human Resources division of the German Pension Insurance Fund is responsible for over 2,000 trainees in the main administration who are completing their training or practical modules of their studies in our training areas (Learning Labs).
In addition, you will be responsible for managing and completing all personnel matters and coordinating cross-departmental organizational issues related to the Learning Labs at various locations of the German Pension Insurance Fund.
Your tasks:
- You will support the department management in strategic and structural issues as well as in daytoday operations
- You will coordinate internal and crossdepartmental communication and collaboration
- You will coordinate decisionmaking processes (including researching, creating and preparing reports, analyses, statistics and presentations)
- You will participate in the conception and implementation of projects
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor, Diplom FH or equivalent) or have a successfully completed commercial or officeoriented vocational training with several years of professional experience
- You already have several years of current professional experience in a coordinating role
- You have current, applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have a strong command of German spelling and grammar
- You have a wellstructured way
