Description

You will be responsible for overseeing areas of daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory.

This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy and meeting customer demands.

• Process P.O's to vendors
• Work on transportation company logistics for order pickups
• Print all P.O.'s for the warehouse area every day
• Make sure that all P.O's are taken care of and communicate if something is not pickedup
• Contact the suppliers and request the status of the Driver regarding the P.O's that are not pickedup
• Confirm with all suppliers about delivery appointments
• Inventory Control
• Truck/Fleet Coordination with vendors
• Other duties and backup support to the Director
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency
• Flexibility to support Operations during emergencies when needed outside of normal business hours
• Experience:
• Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Proficient in basic math skills for inventory calculations
• Familiarity with Data Collection Software
