WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
The Plant Clerk provides general administrative support to our plant operation and personnel.

The primary responsibilities are as follows:
Provide administrative support for the Milton operationCompiling and reporting production statisticsTracking equipment utilization, production costs, and man hoursProcessing vendor invoices and purchase orders on a daily basisPurchasing of parts and safety suppliesMaintaining equipment down time reportsProcessing and maintaining payrollLiaise with the public regarding general inquiriesProvide operational support for the scale houseSupport with the truck ticketing processPerform related job duties as assigned WHAT WE'


RE LOOKING FOR:
Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredSolid organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and flexibility to adapt to changing business situationsStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility and willingness to work overtime as requiredThis position requires someone who can sit for a long period of time, stand, and lift boxes occasionally Experience with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Engineering & Construction Management System is a plus
