What can you expect?

  • You will monitor production processes and analyze and optimize production costs in close collaboration with the production team
  • You will calculate and control the costs of individual production steps as well as product costs for existing and new products
  • You will work with the ERP software to map the value flow
  • You will conduct planning and deviation analyses and create profitability calculations
  • You will develop reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • You will perform risk assessments, oversee project control, and calculate investments
  • You will plan budgets and create forecasts

What do you need to bring?

  • You have a degree in business with a focus on controlling/finance or industrial engineering
  • You have several years of relevant work experience in controlling, production, and cost accounting
  • You have theoretical and practical knowledge in business areas such as cost, financial, and investment controlling, planning, and accounting
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ideally also in ERP systems/accounting software such as Sage
  • You are reliable, detail-oriented, assertive, and have a structured, independent, and results-oriented work style
  • You are a team player, loyal, discreet, and have excellent German and English skills
