Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate store logs for title and registration tracking.
- Maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations as related to vehicle titles.
- Ensure the company & title and registration work complies with all applicable state regulations.
- Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for submission to county tax office.
- Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner.
- Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
- Daily processing of title and registration transactions.
- Other duties as assigned by Office Manager
Qualifications:
- Previous Title Clerk experience preferred
- Detail Oriented and Organized
- General accounting experience or working with numbers
- Computer experience
- MS EXCEL, MS WORD, RTS (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Supportive in a team environment.
- Strong data entry experience.
- Strong communication skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- title Clerk: 2 years (preferred)
Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)
- Data entry: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location:
