Your tasks

  • You will be trained by experts (m/f/d) through on-the-job training to become an internal consultant/process expert (super user (m/f/d)).
  • During the project, you will play a key role in shaping and designing our future SCM processes. As a liaison between stakeholders and organizational units, you will advise all areas along the system chain.
  • During and after your development as a super user (m/f/d), you will independently operate and support the AI-based system in a small team - from creating rules to data analysis. You will optimize internal processes by supporting machine learning and ensure that all planning processes are integrated into the system.
  • As a super user, you act as the "owner" of the system. You are the system and subject matter expert for the management and functionality of the shelf and space management module.
  • You actively participate in future assortment design/recommendation and collaborate on the selection of suitable methods and tools for shelf and space planning.
  • In the team, you analyze and design processes for changes in retail space and lead workshops.

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree and ideally have some experience in assortment design as well as optimizing product group structures and planograms.
