Your profile as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d):

Order processing and management
Preparation of offers
Customer support and consultation
Invoice creation and verification
Complaint handling and resolution
Maintenance of master data and documentation
Personnel data management (time management system ZEUSX)
General administrative tasks such as cash management, purchasing, and support for monthly and annual closings
