Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient Order Fulfillment Process and timely delivery in Central Gardens
  • Monitor and achieve shipment and revenue targets, while analyzing risks and opportunities
  • Oversee inventory at HQ, local, and channel levels to prevent stock risks and improve overall ITO
  • Collaborate in establishing Regional Delivery KPIs and regularly analyze to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain effective communication between HQ, country, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery information sharing

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in product delivery or related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar field
  • Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and a strong work ethic
