***: The HR Manager - Organizational Development and Culture is a critical role within our organization and is responsible for aligning our human resources initiatives with our strategic growth objectives. This position ensures that our managers are appropriately developed, the organizational structure supports growth, and a healthy culture is cultivated. This role encompasses HR functions such as employee relations, benefits management, recruiting, conflict resolution, and change management, focusing on building and maintaining an engaged and high-performing workforce.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


1. Compliance and Policies

  • Ensure the organization's HR policies and practices align with legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  • Promote best practices in HR management, training, and development.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and promote a culture of safety awareness.

2. HR Functions

  • Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including health and wellness programs, compensation packages, and retirement plans.
  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain toptier talent.
  • Resolve conflicts, facilitate communication, and function as a trusted advisor to management and employees.

3. Organizational Development

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute organizational development strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Assess and optimize the organizational structure to ensure scalability, efficiency, and effective delegation of responsibilities.
  • Create and manage talent development programs that enhance our managers' and employees' skills and capabilities.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and individual growth.

4. Culture Building

  • Champion a collaborative culture that empowers employees to excel.
  • Promote and reinforce company values, ethical standards, and behavioral expectations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing.
  • Address cultural challenges and lead change management efforts to ensure a harmonious workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management, focusing on organizational development and culturebuilding.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive change and lead with empathy, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM or HRCI) is a plus.

$90, $115,000.00 per year
