Responsibilities:
- Preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations
- Maintaining the general ledger system and chart of account
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial statements and management reports that provide tactical and strategic insights; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable
- Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Cost Accounting experience especially on inventory management and valuation in a manufacturing environment
- Managing Accounts Payable
- Managing Accounts Receivable
- Daily Cash Management Functions
- Cash Forecasting
- Implement Controls and process improvements
- Performing other related duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with inventory management and valuation in a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
