    Responsibilities

    • Oversee flow of Service Shop workload, Ensure that customers vehicle's are repaired promptly and correctly and effectively.
    • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
    • Make sure all customers cars are repaired as soon as possible and time commitments are adhered to.
    • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
    • Distribute work between technicians efficiently
    • Price out repairs of vehicles as required by warranty

    Qualifications

    • Organized and friendly personality
    • Demonstrated ability to manage others
    • Time management skills
    • Possess mechanical knowledge of vehicle repairs
    • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
    • Clean driving record
    • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
