    Job Title:
    DevOps Engineer


    ROLE PROFILE


    SOURCE Global, PBC, an Arizona-based company developing water-from-air drinking water systems, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a growing team as we bring products to market.

    This is a full-time employment position. The successful candidate will be team player, take a hands-on approach, and be passionate about his or her work.

    The DevOps Engineer will be a key developer of a cloud-based infrastructure using the latest technology in NoSQL data systems, high-performance data analysis, and intuitive user interfaces.


    In this role, you will:
    Maintain the operation of a global, cloud-based infrastructure

    Develop "Infrastructure as Code" for automating and improving software deployment
    Identify, analyze and document new software requirements
    Follow an Agile development methodology
    Design and implement software components using object orientation
    Develop and execute software test plans

    Maintain version control of software source code
    Design and execute automated tests
    Perform functional verification and system integration testing

    REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

    Vast experience with AWS
    Strong understanding of microservices orchestration, DevOps, and CI/CD
    Strong "Infrastructure as Code" experience
    Python programming skills
    Understanding of object orientation

    Understanding of Agile development methodologies
    Hands-on and data-driven approach to problem solving
    Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced and always-evolving environment


    A DAY IN THE LIFE


    As a DevOps Engineer at SOURCE Global, you'll spend a significant portion of your day designing and maintaining cloud services for our global IoT platform, interacting with other engineers, and supporting Network Operations.

    The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Some weekends may be required when targets are not achieved.
