Description
The Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) is responsible for promoting and growing parts and service sales. The position is customer facing while working closely with the parts and service team at each location.

The PSSR is responsible for building strong customer relationships by providing solutions to customer challenges and using those opportunities to sell parts and service.

Essential Functions

  • Perform onsite machine inspections for customers.
  • Sell preventative maintenance agreements.
  • Assist with quoting machine repairs and facilitating machine delivery to the shop.
  • Communicate repair status with customer during repair process.
  • Look up and quote parts to customers.
  • Find allmake parts and labor sales opportunities.
  • Promote the Customer Portal to customers and grow online parts sales.
  • Work with OEM regarding machine issues that need more escalation.
  • Utilize OEM telematic data to proactively sell parts and service.
  • Become a customer's trusted advisor and promote the Dynamic Equipment Group brand.
  • Respond quickly to customer needs and challenges as they arise.
  • Attending customer and company events when needed.
  • Identify potential new customers for product support business.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to log calls and maintain accurate customer data.
  • Any additional duties required by General Manager or CPSD
Work Environment

  • This position is primarily in the field and requires driving to customer offices and jobsites. Some time may be required at the branch to fill in for parts and service personnel.
  • You must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to climb onto equipment safely.
Travel Required

  • Minimal travel outside the branch's area of responsibility
Preferred education and experience

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent people skills are necessary.
  • Good time management and followup skills.
