Be responsible for the administrative processing of customer orders in Manila

  • Support in processing customer orders
  • Responsible for order entry and verification of contract data
  • Conduct demand planning for end devices based on customer orders and forecasts
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Prepare order evaluations
  • Create delivery notes and invoices
  • Coordinate delivery dates with the supply chain

Be our forward thinker

In order to be successful in this role, you should:

  • Have a commercial education or equivalent qualification, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Sales Management
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Have experience in order processing
  • Be proficient in MS Office and have advanced knowledge of its applications
  • Be familiar with SAP
  • Have good communication skills in both German and English
  • Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team
