Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager (Level M) to join the Manufacturing and Safety (M&S) team based out of Everett, Washington.
In this role, you will work directly with the Vice President of M&S as well as their Leadership Team and report to the M&S Business Operations Director.
You will have the unique opportunity to lead with the M&S Functional Executive team and integrate across BCA into the Programs and Functions to ensure the success of the BCA Boeing Production Systems.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is agile with the ability to quickly adapt strategies, plans, and solutions in response to multifaceted business requirements.
You will play a key role in driving business planning and decision-making, operations, and business insights throughout the entire BCA value stream.
This leadership role includes development and execution of integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures as well as guiding the development and implementation of business strategies, goals, and objectives.
This role will acquire resources to ensure M&S activities perform to plan. You will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with various customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. You will provide oversight and direction to both direct and indirect reports to accomplish M&S and functional priorities.Moreover, you will develop, align, and integrate an overall management system architecture across the functions, programs, and business units as required.
Acting as a representative of M&S and Business Operations Executive Management, you will effectively communicate business policies, strategies, and directives to internal and external stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensure Operating Rhythm is integrated with key stakeholders and develop agendas to include topics that are required for the success of the business.
Ensure Statement of Work is developed, approved, committed, documented, and communicated in order to accomplish the M&S Function and BCA priorities.
Responsible for clear, concise, and timely communication throughout the function and business unit.Identify, document, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate risks, issues, and capture opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnelWill be self-guided with the ability to quickly adapt strategies, plans, and solutions in response to multifaceted business requirements.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
