To expand our teams, we are currently looking for dedicated and highly motivated
Administrative Assistants "Crossing Agreements" / Management of Crossings in the Right-of-Way Office / Land Management (m/f/d), initially in Southern Germany (with the option of working from home).
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting crossing approval procedures
- Preparing contracts based on standard templates
- Negotiating with property owners, associations, and municipalities
- Obtaining agreements for crossings and construction implementation agreements
- Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements
- Implementing corrective measures in case of deviation from project goals
- Coordinating project framework conditions, especially with planners and experts
- Managing and maintaining documents
- Reviewing invoices and fees
- Reporting
Your profile:
- You have a commercial, technical, or legal education or degree
- You have relevant professional experience in the field of linear infrastructure ideally in rightofway / land management or crossing law
- You are proficient in MS Office
