Description

As a key member of Texas Leadership Team:
Promotes RK&K brand within Texas and industry;
Helps to develop and implement strategies for RK&K growth within Texas (all disciplines; all areas)
Assists with pursuit management (strategy, positioning, teaming, proposal development and review, interview prep
Assists with client management (meet with clients to gauge satisfaction, identify/resolve issues)
Works with General Counsel to develop responses to Open Records Requests
Assists with recruiting
Supports PMs by serving as a technical advisor
Provides technical expertise necessary to resolve complex engineering challenges
Facilitates staff development by mentoring young staff, and
Monitors industry to identify trends, potential acquisitions, and other information that would provide RK&K with strategic advantage
