To actively support and continue our strong growth, further professionalization, and internationalization of our Lobster companies, we are looking for you to join our great team in Navarre, FL 'TUTZING.

Starting immediately and on an indefinite basis.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Building and automating management reporting and group reporting structures
  • Creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Introducing new and further developing or optimizing existing key figures
  • Actively participating in budget and forecast planning
  • Conducting targetactual comparisons, variance analyses, and adhoc evaluations for multiple Lobster companies
  • Identifying potential for value enhancement and initiating, coordinating, and monitoring corresponding improvement projects and their results
  • Supporting the further development of our system landscape (e.g. Datev, LucaNet)
  • Close collaboration with the CFO and management

YOUR PROFILE:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in controlling (ideally in both business and group controlling)
  • You have excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills (ideally also Excel Power Query and Power Pivot)
  • You are a communicative and motivated team player
  • Your work is characterized by organizational skills, a high quality standard, and an independent and structured approach
