    Software Engineering candidates have experience working in team environments, building software solutions for customers, and are looking to take their careers to the next level.

    Benefits

    Personal Time Off (PTO) for vacations, holidays, illnesses: accrued based on hours worked up to 248 hours per year.

    Medical Insurance:
    CareFirst BlueChoice HMO HSA 1500 is provided free of charge. Employees also have the option to purchase the CareFirst BlueChoice Advantage HSA 1500 or the CareFirst BluePreferred PPO 500.

    Health Savings Account (HSA): Interclypse contributes to the employee's HSA account on a bi-weekly basis up to $750 for individuals and $1,500 for employee plus coverage on the BlueChoice HMO HSA or BlueChoice Advantage HSA plans.

    (The BluePreferred PPO plan does not qualify for an HSA account).
