    Description

    Role: QA Test Lead

    Location: Milwaukee, WI 53201

    Duration: 06 Months with possibility of extension/hiring

    Qualifications:


    - Seasoned 5-7 years experience in test management


    - Bachelor's degree is a must


    - Proficient in test/QA management


    - Strong organizational capabilities


    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


    - Self-motivated and adept at working autonomously


    - Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


    - Previous involvement in both small team and large program settings


    - Background in implementing test automation on extensive programs


    - Prior experience in quality assurance with SAP


    - Familiarity with qTest is advantageous


    - Acquainted with Tricentis Tosca is a plus

    Responsibilities:

    The Test Lead will oversee, manage, and organize testing activities for the Dynamic Load Optimization initiative, covering both functional and non-functional testing.


    - Formulate detailed test strategies to fulfill entry and exit requirements for integration connectivity test, system-integration test, performance evaluation, and user acceptance examination.


    - Collaborate with test coordinators and fellow test leads to achieve testing milestones outlined in the project schedule.


    - Address and manage risks and issues related to test/QA to the project effectively


    - Supervise the development and execution of test cases, monitored in qTest.


    - Validate test scenarios and cases for thoroughness in compliance with requirements and high quality.


    - Facilitate and lead user acceptance testing sessions.


    - Collate, interpret, and present test performance metrics for discussion with steering committees.


    - Organize and conduct test planning meetings.


    - Lead the defect management process to ensure timely resolution in alignment with the test strategy.


    - Collaborate with test automation to meet the automation objectives as outlined in the test strategy.
