Must be dependable and willing to work overtime when requiredMust wear proper PPE (safety glasses and safety shoes)
Follow Mainstream's Primary Operating ProceduresAbility to use basic inspection equipment (micrometer, calipers, indicators, tape measure, etc)Use material handling equipment such as forklift, vacuum lift, cranes, slings, and / or magnetsAbility to interpret blue prints and GD & TPerform "in process" inspections of partsMaintain traceability of heat, lot, and raw material purchase order numbers for traceability throughout production processMaintain a clean and orderly work areaUpdate machine maintenance ledger throughout every shift with appropriate dataComplete routine production paperworkKnowledge of Mainstream QMS and how to contribute to itFOD awareness and preventionCounterfeit parts awarenessOther duties assigned by managementPreferred Qualifications:
Five (5) or more previous years of machining experiencePrevious CAD / CAM experiencePrevious experience with modern tooling (hi-feed inserts, drills, end mills, thru tool coolant)Previous experience with Hurco brand machinesPrevious 3 and 5 axis mill experienceQualificationsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
